OH DEER was born in Prague in 2017 with one simple goal:
To do one thing—and do it exceptionally well.

When a croissant met a doughnut, it was love at first bite.
And that love became the Crobliha.

Crispy like a croissant, irresistible like a doughnut. Crafted from rich buttery dough that is fermented, layered, and perfected over several days before being fried to golden perfection. The result is a pastry that is delicately crisp on the outside and unbelievably light and fluffy on the inside.
